Boston, Massachusetts: Boston Massachusetts Free Films with Outdoor Projectors

As many as 10 outdoor movies this week (including the GreenFest Film Festival at City Hall Plaza). Traditional options also available.

Weekly highlights:

* Outdoor movies this week include “Inkheart”, “ET”, “The Little Mermaid”, “Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”, “Some Like it Hot” and “Wall-E”.
* The BPL Copley Square continues a musical movie series with “Cry Baby” on Monday and a drag movie series with “The Birdcage” on Thursday.
* The BPL Ibero Film Festival continues with “Black Butterfly” (Peru) and “Colima” (El Salvador) on Wednesday and Thursday respectively.
* The GreenFest Film Festival will be happening on City Hall Plaza on Friday and Saturday. They have yet to release the screening schedule.
* Boston Cares will show “The Greening of Southie” on Saturday afternoon.
* MIT LSC will show “Fight Club” on Friday and Saturday as the end of their free summer movie series.
* There are a few other films at libraries and nonprofits around the area.
